Yes. The rent includes COMBO+ tickets for up to 6 people. Each person has 2 entries a day into any open riviera — twice into the same one if you prefer, morning and afternoon. You do not buy the tickets separately and you pay nothing extra for them.
Because it would be wrong. The price depends on the dates and the number of people, and the tickets are always inside it. Rather than an approximation that would mislead you, we send the exact price for your dates — usually within an hour.
We confirm the booking when we receive a 15 % deposit. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment is by credit card or bank transfer.
Up to 14 days before arrival you can move the deposit in full to another free date, and changing the date within that window is free. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival there is no refund, because the spa tickets have already been bought. There are two exceptions: force majeure with proof, and a replacement guest. The terms are stricter than for ordinary accommodation precisely because of the tickets — which is why they are written here plainly.
Tourist tax of €2.50 per night for adults and €1.25 for children aged 7–17, plus a one-off registration fee of €2.50 for the whole stay for everyone over 7. Children under 6 and disabled guests with proof are exempt. Sauna, massages and the extra activities in the complex are also paid separately.
