Children under 6 and disabled guests with proof are exempt from both the tax and the fee.
If you are over 60 and travelling from Germany or further, the transfer from the airport and back is on us — with a booking of 7 nights. It applies to Zagreb and Ljubljana airports; others by prior arrangement. Give us your flight number and landing time and we handle the rest. This offer is not published anywhere else.

Because it would be wrong. The rent changes with the season, the day of the week and the number of people, and the tickets are always inside it. Rather than an approximation that would mislead you, we send the exact price for your dates — usually within an hour.
We confirm the booking on a 15 % deposit; the balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival, by card or bank transfer. Because the spa tickets for your booking are bought in advance and are not refunded to us, the cancellation terms are stricter than for ordinary accommodation. They are all written out in the terms — please read them before you confirm.
